2024-25 La Cueva Bears' Soccer Team Camp Registration Please complete the google form and complete payment of camp fee via Venmo or to the address noted on the form. Register before July 12, 2024 to hold your spot.

2024-2025 APS Physical Information (Dated after April 1, 2024)

Physical forms must be completed and submitted via the new DragonFlyMax.com portal, prior to Bear Camp and tryouts. For instruction on how to submit your physical click here
Physical forms will NOT be accepted by coaches.
